A four-floor dental unit factory in Foshan
VOTEN has more than 10 years of experience in the design, production and marketing of dental units. Our product range covers dental chairs, oil-free compressors, intraoral cameras and the full list of dental accessories a clinic needs.
The factory has four floors: plastic parts manufacture and metal bending and grinding on the first floor; parts installation, the general production line, testing and packaging on the second; the parts warehouse on the third; offices and the sample showroom on the fourth. Every chair passes 16 production processes and a factory inspection report before packing.

Metal cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, plastic moulding, assembly, wiring, plumbing, pressure testing, motor cycling, light testing, foot-control testing, upholstery, final inspection, packing and loading — each step signed off before the next. Materials meet international standards: plastic, iron and aluminium structure, copper valve bodies.
